breathe, dip into the water and go under it all and hold yourself alone

I get old.
They talk, and shake hands
They phony smile and open their eyes up wide

I’m so lost.
Just let me drift

Do you remember that night?
All the lights were on
And you felt just fine, you said
You picked the bones out of the corner
And threw them in the air, laughing
You promised me a tour of your secret room
But I think you are too afraid to let me in

I have to crawl though the halls with a flashlight
Squinting with my arms in my face
Collecting cobwebs like cotton candy
And for what?

I have to charge through six goddamn layers of dust
Just to find the word RUN!
Written in blood on the wall

And I’m tired
I get old.
They talk, and shake hands
They phony smile and open their eyes up wide

Everything makes me so sad

Nice post. I learn something totally new and challenging on sites I stumbleupon every day.
It's always useful to read articles from other writers and practice something from their sites.
